Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at BodyOwn and help us build a digital platform that provides personalised postnatal recovery support to women.

Type of Contract: Contract job

Availability: Remote working

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using REACT, TypeScript, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with Firebase Firestore and Google Firebase to build scalable and efficient data models and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain data models and architectures using Data Modelling and Data Architecture principles.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into our platform.
• Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, utilising strong project management and product management skills.
• Develop and maintain WordPress integrations and plugins.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and product managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly in REACT, TypeScript, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Firebase Firestore and Google Firebase.
• Experience with Data Modelling and Data Architecture principles.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities.
• Strong project management and product management skills.

Academic level:

• An engineer degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
